Site terms

This is a working draft. Before real payments, a lawyer should review the text, and payments should go through a contract with a payment provider.

The site matches a buyer and a seller of game items. The item stays in the seller’s Steam. The buyer’s money is held until the handoff is confirmed or the money is returned.

The fee is published on the Fees page and is fixed on the deal at payment. The site is not affiliated with Valve, is not the Steam store, and does not promise that Steam will allow the trade.

The user signs in with Steam and is responsible for the trade URL and for confirming the trade in the Steam client.
