Inventory is empty

In Steam, set the inventory to public. The site reads the public inventory and does not ask for an account API key.

The trade will not send

Check the trade ban and the mobile authenticator. While Steam blocks trades, take the listing down.

Money looks stuck

Until the deal is closed or refunded, the amount sits in “held”. It is not lost.

The seller disappeared

Open a dispute from the deal page. An administrator refunds if the trade was not accepted.
